Mark D. Ball, 44, passed away August 13, 1999. Mr. Ball was a retired U. S. Navy Veteran, and a member and past president of the Pacific Divers Club, Guam. He is survived by his mother, Margaret H. Ball; loving wife, Nancy Ball; children, David A. and Jacqueline R. Ball; and Aunt and Uncle Phyllis and Richard Hawkins.. Memorial contributions to the Patient Emergency Fund, National Institute of Health, 10 Center Dr, RM 1N252, Bethesda, MD 20892, would be appreciated. Arrangements by HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 950 Park Ave. Orange Park, FL.
Safety Note: A diver reported getting bent while within the tables. He had tightened up his watch band at depth and did not release it as he ascended. This restricted circulation to his hand and is the likely cause. Be sure you do not have tight clothing or straps that restrict the circulation of your blood when you are diving.
